Riding since 2011 when my mate bribed me into a London>Paris charity ride by giving me his old ali-framed bike.
I got persuaded to do the Etape in 2012 (Toumalet in the drizzle), after which I was hooked.
A big crash in 2012 almost ended my 2-wheeled adventure, but I’m back. Enjoying the company of a peloton and the challenges of hills, distance and advancing years.
Enjoying also seeing my 6yr old daughter begin riding and crossing her out in my Lycra!
